Junior SQA-AnalystKey Responsibilities:

  • Execute manual test cases to ensure product quality and functionality.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Review and analyze system specifications and user requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers and project teams to understand system design and expected behavior.
  • Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution activities.
  • Conduct regression testing, sanity testing, and smoke testing on various builds.
  • Provide clear and concise feedback on usability, performance, and stability issues.
  • Assist in improving QA processes and testing efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Manual Testing (Web and/or Mobile Applications).
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
