Position: BMS Technician

Location: Clifton, Karachi

Department: Engineering / Facilities Management

We are looking for a skilled and proactive BMS Technician to operate, monitor, and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all building utilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate the BMS to ensure optimal performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Troubleshoot system faults, alarms, and equipment issues in coordination with the engineering team.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Calibrate BMS sensors, controllers, and field devices as required.
• Maintain logs, reports, and records of system performance and events.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational SOPs.
• Provide technical support during emergencies, shutdowns, and special events.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certification in Electronics, Electrical, HVAC, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience working with BMS (Honeywell).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical panels, pumps, and related equipment.
• Ability to interpret system diagrams and engineering drawings.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to after-hour emergencies.
