Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend process improvements.
  • Perform audits in accordance with the annual audit plan and ad-hoc management requests.
  • Document audit findings and prepare clear, actionable audit reports.
  • Follow up on recommendations and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • Assist in developing audit programs and testing procedures.
  • Support external auditors during statutory audits.
  • Identify potential financial or operational risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial reporting frameworks and internal standards.

Requirements:

  • Must have: ACCA or ACMA (qualified).
  • Preferred: CA Finalist. (Articles must be complete)
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in internal auditing. Real Estate experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing practices, risk management, and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent report writing and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
