Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Oversee branding, content creation, and promotional material development.
  • Coordinate with sales and business development teams to support lead generation.
  • Plan and organize events, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing reports for management.
  • Manage relationships with media, advertising agencies, and other external stakeholders.
  • Supervise and guide junior marketing staff when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in a senior or officer-level role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, CRM systems, etc.).
