Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

  • Supervise kitchen operations across all branches to ensure smooth workflow and timely food preparation.
  • Maintain taste consistency and product quality across all branches.
  • Conduct regular visits to all the branches to monitor kitchen performance and resolve issues.
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.

2. Staff Training & Performance

  • Train new kitchen staff from zero level — including cutting, breading, frying etc.
  • Train staff to work faster, more efficiently, and in an organized flow.
  • Conduct training sessions every month.
  • Evaluate staff performance and recommend improvements or replacements where necessary.

3. Menu & Recipe Development

  • Suggest and develop new menu items based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Standardize recipes, preparation techniques, marination formulas, and portion sizes to ensure consistency across all branches
  • Evaluate the cost of ingredients and ensure new recipes are cost-effective and profitable.
  • Conduct taste tests and internal trials before adding any item to the menu.

· Prepare written SOPs for each new recipe and train staff on proper execution.

4. Inventory & Cost Control

  • Monitor daily ingredient usage and stock levels at all branches.
  • Reduce food waste through effective batch management.
  • Share weekly purchase requirements with Inventory / Purchase department.
  • Ensure correct storage of raw materials to maintain freshness.

5. Shift & Kitchen Coordination

  • Manage kitchen staff schedules and ensure availability of trained staff during busy hours.
  • Solve operational bottlenecks (e.g., late preparation, slow frying time, kitchen delays etc.).
  • Maintain equipment and report breakdowns immediately.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3–5 years professional experience in fast food restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of frying, breading, marination, sauce preparation, and food assembly.
  • Proven experience in training kitchen staff.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced kitchen environment of multiple branches.
  • Strong leadership, discipline, and communication skills.
  • Must understand basic food cost control and standard recipe costing.
  • Ability to create new menu items creatively and practically.
