Senior SEO Executive

Full-Time Position

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled mid-level SEO Executive to join our growing SEO agency. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience and a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic growth for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Implementation

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple client accounts
  • Conduct thorough SEO audits and competitive analysis
  • Perform detailed keyword research and analysis using industry-standard tools
  • Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, content structure, and internal linking
  • Implement technical SEO improvements including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability issues

Content & Link Building

  • Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized content strategies
  • Execute white-hat link building campaigns and outreach initiatives
  • Identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities
  • Monitor and disavow harmful links when necessary

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
  • Create detailed monthly client reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics
  • Present findings and strategies to clients in regular meetings

Client Management

  • Serve as primary SEO contact for assigned client accounts
  • Communicate SEO strategies and results clearly to clients with varying technical knowledge
  • Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • 2-4 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Proficiency with SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google suite
  • Experience with HTML, CSS basics, and WordPress
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
  • Understanding of local SEO principles and implementation

Technical Competencies

  • Ability to perform technical SEO audits and identify issues
  • Experience with website migration and redirect strategies
  • Understanding of structured data and schema markup
  • Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and page experience factors

Soft Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated work approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications
  • Experience with enterprise-level websites and e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of international SEO and hreflang implementation
  • Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for SEO automation
  • Previous experience presenting to C-level executives
