Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faisalabad Division for an Assistant to Office Manager. The Assistant to Office Manager will manage daily administrative tasks, support the office manager in carrying out executive duties, and ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities may include answering calls, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, maintaining office records, and providing support with day-to-day clerical tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance responsibilities
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Competence in Clerical Skills, including organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a professional office environment
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and scheduling software
- Prior experience in office administration is an advantage
