We are seeking a talented and creative 2D Game Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  • Design and 2D game environments, characters, and assets from concept to final output.
  • Work closely with game developers to bring design concepts to life through engaging visual experiences.
  • Translate Game Design Documents (GDD) into captivating and functional game visuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and animators, to ensure cohesive and immersive design.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to effectively communicate game ideas.
  • Optimize 2D assets to ensure high performance across multiple platforms (PC, mobile, etc.).
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in game design and ensure design consistency.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in game design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both 2D and 3D design work.
  • Proficiency in game design software such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, Maya, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of game design principles, including level design, character design, and UI/UX.
  • Ability to create detailed concept art, models, and textures for games.
  • Familiarity with the full game development cycle from ideation to launch.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for gaming.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Game Design Documents and translating them into effective visual designs.
  • Knowledge of optimizing assets for different platforms, including mobile, web, and PC.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Basic knowledge of animation and motion design is a plus.
