Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Senior Executive Omni Management. The selected individual will oversee omnichannel operations, ensuring seamless integration of online and offline customer experiences. Key responsibilities include Oversee end-to-end operations of both online and offline orders. Ensure timely processing and fulfillment across omni-enabled stores. Liaise closely with store teams to monitor order flow and resolve fulfillment delays. Reconcile order data with courier partners. Ensure accuracy in delivery records, return handling, and status updates. Work with the finance team to reconcile omni order payments and returns. Identify and resolve issues related to order status, payment mismatches, and delivery failures. Continuously improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce friction. The role also involves monitoring and improving operational efficiency while ensuring the alignment of initiatives with the company's goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and operational skills, including data analysis, process optimization, and the ability to evaluate multifaceted challenges.
  • Experience in omnichannel management, e-commerce, and retail operations, with a deep understanding of integrating online and offline business functions.
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure goals are met on time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with team members, customers, and leadership effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including problem-solving, decision-making, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Experience in the retail or fashion industry is beneficial.
