Job Overview:

Waleed Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our

supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory control, vendor relationships, logistics, and distribution in a cost-effective and efficient manner to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods and materials.


• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.


• Establish strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.


• Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and transportation to ensure timely distribution of goods.


• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas of improvement and reduce costs without compromising quality.


• Collaborate closely with the production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain functions with business goals.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.


• Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance and key metrics.


• Respond proactively to supply chain disruptions or delays and implement contingency plans when necessary.


• Implement and manage supply chain management systems and tools for process improvement and automation.

Required Qualifications:


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's or certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are a plus.)


• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in a supply chain management or procurement role, preferably in a manufacturing, trading, or technology company.


• Technical Skills:


• Strong knowledge of supply chain management software (ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar).


• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.


• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions.


• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Problem Solving: Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.


• Other Requirements:


• Understanding of import/export documentation and regulatory compliance (if applicable).


• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
