We need an
ArchiCAD specialist
to take an existing PLN and build a clean, client-ready
3D presentation
.
Scope
- Add
interior furniture/layout
and
site elements
(trees, fence, car). - Re-draw elements
exactly per PDFs
; maintain
dimensions, floor heights, wall thicknesses
, and
window/door schedule
. - Produce
basic exterior 3D massing
(skip detailed textures/landscaping). - Organize by
storeys/layers
for smooth handover.
Deliverables
- Native
.pln
(ArchiCAD
25 or earlier
preferred—state version). - Quick
screenshot/PDF
proving the 3D model matches the plans.
Nice to have
- Experience preparing
client presentations
from ArchiCAD. - Attention to detail, clean layer standards, fast turnaround.
