Graphics Designer

• Graphic Design:

○ Brand Development: Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual materials.

○ Marketing Collaterals: Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.

○ Event Materials: Develop visual assets for events, including invitations, signage, and promotional items.

• Multimedia Content Creation:

○ Video Production: Conceptualize and produce promotional videos, explainer videos, and animations to showcase Project's activities and achievements.

○ Photography: Capture high-quality photos of events, training sessions, and other Project activities for use in marketing materials and social media.

• Digital Design:

○ Website Design: Collaborate with the IT team to design and update website graphics and layouts.

○ Social Media: Create visually appealing content for Project's social media platforms to engage and grow the online community.

○ Email Campaigns: Design templates and visuals for email marketing campaigns.

• Creative Concept Development:

○ Campaigns: Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Project's goals and audience preferences.

○ Storyboarding: Create storyboards for video projects, outlining visual elements and transitions.

• Collaboration and Communication:

○ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, training, and incubation teams to understand their needs and deliver appropriate visual solutions.

○ Client Interaction: Interface with external clients and partners to develop creative assets that meet their requirements and expectations.

• Project Management:

○ Timeline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visual materials.

○ Resource Allocation: Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers as needed for specialized projects.

• Innovation and Trends:

○ Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep Project's visual content fresh and engaging.

○ Creative Innovation: Experiment with new design techniques and approaches to continuously improve the visual impact of Project's materials.

Requirements:

● Education: A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

● Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation, or a similar role.

● Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including graphic design, video production, and digital content.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant tools.

● Creative Skills: Strong artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

● Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.

● Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

● Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve design challenges effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Industry Experience: Experience in the gaming, animation, or technology sectors is highly desirable.

● Web Design Skills: Knowledge of web design principles and experience with web development tools.

● Motion Graphics: Expertise in creating motion graphics and animations.

● Photography and Videography: Proficiency in capturing and editing photos and videos.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
