Expected Deliverables

Requirements Assessment and Design Scope Definition

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze product requirements, technical constraints, and user needs. Translate findings into detailed design specifications that guide subsequent wireframing and prototyping activities. Ensure proposed design approaches are measurable against functional objectives and success metrics.

Wireframe and Prototype Development

Create low- to mid-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes that visualize user journeys, layout structures, and system interactions. Iterate based on feedback from product teams and usability testing. Ensure all prototypes conform to performance, accessibility, and usability standards.

Formalized UI Design Implementation

Develop and document UI designs aligned with the defined product scope, company branding guidelines, and color standards. Ensure design deliverables maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints and meet enterprise-level design system requirements.

User Research and Validation

Conduct and support user testing, surveys, and interviews to validate design assumptions. Compile insights into structured feedback reports that inform design refinement and feature prioritization.

Design System Contribution

Maintain and extend the shared design system by standardizing component usage, interaction patterns, and style guidelines. Partner with developers to ensure consistent implementation through reusable components and documented specifications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to align design decisions with business goals and technical feasibility. Contribute to agile sprint processes, reviews, and quality assurance to uphold design integrity in production environments.

Technical Skill Summary

  • Skilled in Figma or Adobe XD for wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation
  • Strong understanding of responsive layout principles, accessibility compliance, and user-centered methodologies
  • Familiarity with usability testing frameworks and analytics integration for data-driven design
  • Competent in translating visual design to front-end specifications (HTML/CSS knowledge preferred)
  • Effective communicator capable of working across product, engineering, and business functions
