E-commerce SEO Marketing Expert/Specialist

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's online sales strategy, website operations, digital marketing, and customer experience to drive revenue growth and improve conversion rates.

Responsible for managing the company's online sales strategy, website operations, digital marketing, and customer experience to drive revenue growth and improve conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to meet sales targets.

· Manage day-to-day online store operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy.

· Create, update, and maintain product listings, categories, and content.

· Optimize user experience, checkout flow, and overall site usability to improve conversion rates.

· Work with developers and designers to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and improve site performance.

· Optimize website UX/UI to increase engagement and conversion.

· Manage day-to-day operations across Magento, WooCommerce, and Shopify stores.

· Analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior using analytics tools.

· Coordinate digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media, affiliates).

· Work with logistics and customer service teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

· Manage relationships with third-party marketplaces

· Identify new growth opportunities, technologies, and trends in e-commerce.

· Monitor key KPIs: traffic, AOV, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS.

· Prepare performance reports and present insights to management.

· Manage campaign budgets, monitor KPIs, and deliver performance reports.

· Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.

· Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and sales teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

· Assist with product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Vinted, Gumtree, Shopify & WooCommerce, etc.)

· Write basic product descriptions using relevant keywords

· Help design simple banners or product graphics (using Canva or similar tools)

· Maintain and update product data and inventory details

· Support the team in executing promotional campaigns

· Conduct basic market research on competitors and pricing

· Ensure product listings are optimized for SEO and user experience

• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards.

· Conduct ongoing performance analysis and implement optimizations to maximize ROI.

· Drive strategy and execution across e-commerce funnels, retargeting, and conversion optimization.

· Collaborate with the wider team to support the overall growth strategy of the e-commerce business.

· Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our e-commerce platform.

· Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in e-commerce SEO.

· Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce growth strategy across all platforms and channels.

· Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and drop shipping operations.

· Work closely with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce.

· Local E-commerce Hands-on experience

· Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.).

· Strong analytical and project management skills.

· Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.

· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
