We are looking for over 4 years experienced Technical Customer Service Representative to manage customer onboarding, due diligence, registration checks, and approval processes within the crypto space.

  • Responsibilities:Communicate with users via phone, email, and chat
  • Review registrations and perform due diligence
  • Approve or escalate customer applications

  • Work 6 days a week (aligned with US hours)

  • Requirements:Fluent in English (spoken & written)

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Reliable internet and quiet workspace
  • Fintech experience is a plus

  • Familiarity with tools like Linphone, Grasshopper (preferred)
