Customer Ralations Officer Jhang Office

Job Description:

We are seeking a mature, confident, and well-presented female professional for the position of Customer Relations Officer at our Jhang office. The ideal candidate should be married and preferably aged 35 years or above, with excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills. This is a single-person office role, requiring independence, responsibility, and the ability to professionally interact with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations and maintain a professional work environment.
• Prepare, draft, and organize official documents, letters, and reports using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Urdu (via phone, WhatsApp, and email).
• Maintain accurate office records, filing systems, and client data.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional assistance and support.
• Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and coordinate with vendors for marketing materials.
• Prepare print-ready files and oversee flex printing, business cards, and promotional items.
• Ensure overall office discipline, cleanliness, and represent the company with a positive attitude.

Job Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong English and Urdu typing skills (minimum 40 WPM English, 35 WPM Urdu).
• Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva preferred).
• Understanding of basic accounts and record-keeping is an advantage.

Language & Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
• Ability to handle client interactions confidently and professionally.
