About The Role

We're looking for a
Junior Designer

to join our creative team If you're passionate about design, love experimenting with new ideas, and are eager to grow in the digital marketing space, this role is for you. You'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to design ad creatives, edit videos, and help bring ideas to life across various platforms.

This is an on-site role based in our Karachi Office: F3/3, Forum Street, Block 9 Clifton, Karachi, Sindh, 75600.

We are a North American Company working a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 1 AM PST.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

  • Design eye-catching ad creatives for digital campaigns
  • Edit short-form videos for social media and ads
  • Create and design email marketing templates (Canva proficiency preferred)
  • Develop landing pages on WordPress
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign visuals and concepts
  • Learn and assist in digital advertising strategies (training will be provided)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 1–2 years of experience in design or related creative roles
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media content
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
  • Familiarity with WordPress is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Media, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
