Job Description

Growth Sync is seeking a dynamic, confident, and camera-friendly Video Content Creator to produce engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media. If you love being on camera, have strong communication skills, and can create content in a natural UGC (User-Generated Content) style, this role is perfect for you

You will be responsible for creating compelling videos that connect with our audience, explain our services, showcase client projects, and bring a relatable human touch to our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Create on-camera videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.) in a UGC-friendly style.
  • Present with confidence, clarity, and strong communication skills.
  • Generate ideas, scripts, and concepts for video content.
  • Shoot, narrate, and act in videos that align with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Stay updated with trends, hooks, and storytelling techniques.
  • Participate in occasional client-facing videos, behind-the-scenes clips, and promotional content.
  • Review analytics and optimize content performance.

Requirements

  • Excellent on-camera presence and clear communication skills.
  • Experience with video creation, vlogging, or UGC-style content.
  • Ability to understand marketing angles and deliver persuasive messaging.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, or similar tools).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • A portfolio or samples of previous video work (links or social profiles).

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

  • Experience in digital marketing or brand storytelling.
  • Familiarity with trends on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Confidence in improvising and speaking naturally on camera.
  • Ability to create scripts, hooks, and story-driven content.
