Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Executive with 2 years of proven experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our company's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage engaging social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create high-quality, creative, and engaging content (text, images, reels, and videos).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build strong online communities.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
  • Assist in influencer outreach and partnerships for brand promotion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
  • Experience with social media advertising and SEO basics.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
