Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for a Hostess/Waitress. The Hostess/Waitress will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, ensuring an excellent dining experience, and handling customer inquiries on the phone. The role also includes maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, as well as providing top-notch customer service throughout the guests' visit.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Experience with Reservations and Phone Etiquette
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is a plus
