The Jr. HR & Administrative Associate is responsible for supporting both people-focused and organizational processes within the company. This role combines core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement, with administrative support tasks such as verifying data accuracy, maintaining records, and streamlining processes. The position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to both the employee experience and overall organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Participate in recruitment activities by preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Help create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Support the development of training and development programs.
- Assist with performance management processes.
- Aid in managing disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Organize HR activities both in and outside the organization.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Review and verify financial data to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in improving and streamlining processes (including record-keeping).
- Process transactions and maintain related records.
- Prepare and update documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work in a dynamic environment.
