We are seeking an experienced
Automation Engineer
to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance system reliability. You will play a key role in bridging business objectives with technical execution, driving innovation through automation technologies, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Automation Strategy & Roadmap

Define and implement automation strategies to optimize workflows and business processes.

Identify opportunities for automation across operations, infrastructure, and product pipelines.

Prioritize automation initiatives based on business impact, efficiency, and scalability.

2. System Design & Development

Design, build, and deploy automation scripts, frameworks, and tools.

Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to integrate automation into existing systems.

Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure automation solutions.

3. Process Optimization & Monitoring

Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain reliability.

Define KPIs for automation success and track improvements in efficiency and accuracy.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with software engineers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver seamless automation.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into automation solutions.

Facilitate knowledge-sharing and promote automation best practices across teams.

5. Research & Innovation

Stay updated on the latest automation tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Explore opportunities to implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI-driven automation, and cloud-based solutions.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience

Proven experience as an Automation Engineer (3+ years) in system, process, or infrastructure automation.

Strong hands-on experience with automation tools, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash), and frameworks.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to design efficient automation solutions.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).

Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance in automation solutions.
