Spanish Interpreter

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Spanish Interpreter to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate Spanish-English interpretation and translation, along with performing administrative and virtual assistant tasks to support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time interpretation (Spanish English) during meetings, calls, and written communication.
• Translate documents, emails, and business correspondence from Spanish to English and vice versa.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with international clients.
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including preparing reports, data entry, and documentation.
• Handle virtual assistant duties such as responding to emails, client follow-ups, and online research.
• Support the management team in day-to-day business activities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience as an interpreter, translator, or bilingual virtual assistant is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Languages, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates with strong Spanish language skills are encouraged to apply.
