Location:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Prepare procurement plans for equipment, services, and supplies.


• Identify potential suppliers and conduct supplier assessments.


• Obtain and compare quotations from different suppliers.


• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.


• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate terms and conditions.


• Generate and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in order details.


• Monitor and track the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.


• Build and maintain good supplier relations while negotiating contracts.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:


• Bachelor's degree/Master Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or any other relevant field of study.


• 6-7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management in a construction industry.


• Strong understanding of procurement procedures, supplier management, and contract negotiation. Proficient in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems is essential.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
