Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Water Dispenser Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of water dispensers used by our domestic and commercial clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with hot and cold water dispensers, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair hot & cold water dispensers (bottle-fed or direct-line).
• Perform regular servicing, cleaning, and sanitization of dispensers.
• Install new dispensers at customer locations and ensure proper functionality.
• Replace or repair components such as compressors, valves, taps, filters, and thermostats.
• Maintain a service log for all repairs, parts used, and work completed.
• Educate customers on basic dispenser maintenance and safe usage.
• Report recurring faults, customer feedback, and spare part requirements to the supervisor.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and company service standards during every job.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / Certificate in Refrigeration, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispenser or refrigeration repair.
• Strong knowledge of cooling systems, electrical circuits, and plumbing basics.
• Ability to diagnose issues quickly and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Must possess a valid motorcycle license for on-site service visits (preferred).
