We're now expanding into multi-platform automation across Zoho, Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and custom web systems, and we're looking for a talented Automation & Integration Engineer to join our growing team.

Position Overview

As an Automation & Integration Engineer, you will design and develop automated workflows and seamless integrations between CRMs, ERPs, and third-party platforms. You'll work closely with our Zoho developers, web team, and solution architects to connect data and systems, enabling smarter and more efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain API-based integrations between CRM, ERP, and SaaS platforms (Zoho, Odoo, HubSpot, etc.).

Create automation workflows using tools like Zoho Flow, Make (Integromat), n8n, or custom scripts.

Collaborate with solution architects to understand business processes and translate them into automation logic.

Build middleware or connectors for custom data synchronization and reporting.

Ensure data accuracy, security, and reliability across integrated systems.

Test, monitor, and document all integrations and workflows.

Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.

Stay updated with emerging integration frameworks, APIs, and automation tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in workflow automation, integrations, or backend API development.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and OAuth authentication.

Experience with Zoho Flow, Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar automation tools.

Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or for building custom integrations.

Familiarity with CRMs and ERPs such as Zoho, Odoo, Salesforce, or HubSpot.

Experience working with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

Experience in serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions).

Understanding of AI-driven automation and workflow optimization.

Experience in building or managing data pipelines.

Familiarity with Docker, GitHub Actions, or CI/CD pipelines.
