Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and record all financial transactions including payments, receivables, and payables in line with organizational policies.
  • Prepare, verify, and process expense vouchers and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations and maintain effective coordination with banks.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts between Head Office, Provincial Offices, and Field Offices.
  • Assist in managing taxation matters, including withholding tax, sales tax, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation for audits and reporting.
  • Coordinate with field and provincial offices for financial reporting, fund transfers, and settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and donor requirements.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and timely responses.
