Procurement Specialist

We are in search of a "Procurement Specialist" to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 - 4 years of proven experience in procurement Department.

Job Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with vendors, including staff, board members, external partners
• Must have a hands-on experience in E-Procurement ERP Software (SAP B1)
• Must have importing experience of goods specifically that of IT Equipment, preferably
• Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
• Must have Public & Private Sector Procurement Experience (both)
• Experience of a complete project life cycle for the importation of goods
• Problem-solving skills with strong decision-making capability
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
• Results-oriented, a metrics-driven leader with expertise in purchasing, supplier collaboration, development and compliance
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• MBA Supply Chain/Finance, M. Com and relevant degree with 3-4 years of related experience

Technical Competencies:

• Relevant Certifications such as Certified International Procurement Professional (CIPP) & Certified International Procurement Professional (CIAPP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) is a plus.
• Have hands on experience of Buying Electrical Equipment like Power cables, LV Panels, IT & Networking equipment Like PCs, Network Switches etc.
