Role Description

The Accounts Receivable Assistant is a full-time hybrid role, located in Lahore, with flexibility for some remote work. The role primarily involves managing the billing process, generating and verifying invoices, overseeing credit control, and analyzing financial data. This individual will help maintain accurate financial records and ensure efficient cash flow and collections while providing general support to the finance team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Billing Process and managing Invoicing.
  • Experience in Credit Control with the ability to manage accounts receivable effectively.
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge or background in Finance and financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
