As an HR Manager at CodeFlairs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, managing employee relations, and driving talent acquisition strategies. You will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the entire hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Handle conflict resolution and provide guidance on workplace policies.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance evaluation processes and tools to enhance employee productivity.
  • Provide coaching and training to managers on performance management techniques.

Policy Development & Compliance:

  • Design, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and company standards.
  • Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and incentive programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
