About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in running, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving ROI-focused campaigns, analyzing performance, and executing strategies that generate leads, sales, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies, keyword research, and funnel-based campaign structures.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and ensure campaigns achieve desired ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Run A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copies, visuals, and videos.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, ad policies, and best practices across platforms.
  • Optimize budget allocation across channels for maximum efficiency and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) managing campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Pixel setup.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns profitably.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with remarketing/retargeting campaigns.
  • Knowledge of influencer collaborations for TikTok ads.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint is a plus.
