  • Identify and track new RFP, tender, and bid opportunities from various portals and channels.
  • Review tender documents to understand requirements, scope, eligibility criteria, and submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, operations, legal, technical teams) to gather required inputs.
  • Develop, write, edit, and compile comprehensive proposals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage timelines and submission processes (electronic portals, physical submission, etc.).
  • Proposal Development
  • Prepare high-quality technical and financial proposals, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and competitiveness.
  • Maintain a repository of standard proposal templates, company profiles, case studies, and project references.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create compelling and customized responses.
  • Compliance & Quality Control
  • Ensure all RFP responses and tenders adhere to client specifications, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments on bids and highlight potential challenges to management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all submitted proposals.
  • Market Research & Intelligence
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors' tendering activities, and procurement best practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve win rates.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as a single point of contact for all RFP/tender-related communication.
  • Work closely with business development and sales teams to align bidding strategies with company objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education
    :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in procurement, project management, or proposal management (e.g., APMP) are a plus.
  • Experience
    :
  • 3–5 years of experience in proposal writing, tender management, or business development support.
  • Experience with government, or corporate bidding processes preferred.
