Job Description:

As a
Senior UI/UX Designer
at Blue IT Systems, you will play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to design user-centric interfaces that not only look great but also provide seamless user experiences.

In this senior role, you will also provide
design leadership
, mentor junior designers, and ensure consistency in design standards across projects. You will take ownership of the full design process—from user research and wireframes to prototypes and final delivery—while guiding the team towards best practices and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Understand product specifications, conduct concept, and usability testing, and gather feedback.
  • Create personas through user research.
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
  • Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of proven experience as an Ul/UX Designer.
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
  • Strong portfolio of design projects.
  • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
  • Experience in Figma is a must.
  • Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Animations, etc.)
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, specifically with clients.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • BS in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
