Compensation:
Basic Salary + Commission & Performance Bonuses (Target-Based)

Open Positions:

• Cover Shift:
  20 seats available
• Night Shift: 10 seats available

Shift Timings:

• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)
• 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)

Facilities:

• Pick & Drop service available for female employees
• Hostel accommodation available

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional approach
• Update and maintain client records in the CRM system
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets
• Handle client inquiries and objections with confidence

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively during the night shift
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, positive attitude
• Basic computer literacy (experience with CRM software is a plus)
