  • Monitor and manage delinquent accounts stemming from sales, service, parts, or T‑Sure transactions.
  • Initiate contact with customers via phone, email, or written notices to request payments and negotiate repayment plans.
  • Employ effective negotiation techniques while aligning with company policies to ensure feasible repayment schedules.
  • Accurately document all communication, agreements, and follow-ups in the dealership accounting system.
  • Persistently follow up on scheduled payments and escalate unresolved accounts to management.
  • Work closely with finance, service, and sales teams to address billing disputes or ambiguities.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and Toyota's official guidelines in recovery methods.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on recovery performance metrics to management.
