Amazon Catalogue Associate

Job Description:

The
Amazon Catalog Executive
shall report to the
Amazon Brand Manager
(TL)
and will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, ensuring catalog accuracy, and maintaining the overall health of our Amazon Seller Central account.

1. Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with relevant keywords and accurate product data.

• Upload flat files and perform bulk listing updates efficiently.

• Troubleshoot catalog-related issues such as variation errors, category mismatches, and listing suppressions.

• Ensure data consistency across all listings and marketplaces.

2. Amazon Case & Inventory Management

• Open and resolve cases with Amazon Seller Support for listing or catalog issues.

• Maintain accurate product and inventory data to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor suppressed or inactive listings and implement timely fixes.

3. Reporting & Coordination

• Conduct basic data analysis and maintain catalog health reports.

• Coordinate closely with the Content, PPC, and Operations teams to align on listing updates and campaigns.

• Identify process improvements and contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Quick learner with the ability to create and follow SOPs independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A proactive team player with strong attention to detail.

Experience:

• Minimum 6+ months of hands-on experience working in Amazon Seller Central (Catalog or Listing Management preferred).

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

·       Familiarity with tools like Helium10.

·       Basic understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword optimization.
