Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Officer based in Islamabad. The Social Media officer will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media and digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The role involves managing brand accounts, creating and curating engaging content (posts, reels, and stories), planning and running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, and leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, content generation, and performance analytics.

You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align campaigns with brand goals, monitor performance metrics, and adapt strategies based on insights and trends. A forward-thinking mindset, creative intuition, and data-driven decision-making are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilites

  • Develop and oversee execution of social media strategies and Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Manage brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create, schedule, and manage high-quality visual and written content — including reels, stories, and carousels.
  • Utilize AI-based tools for content creation, copywriting, performance tracking, and automation.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and aesthetics.
  • Analyze engagement, reach, and conversion data; prepare monthly performance and growth reports.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging AI technologies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Meta Ads Management.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools for social media management and content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, RunwayML, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing content strategies and paid ad funnels.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving, and strong visual sensibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in social media management for a lifestyle, wellness, or retail brand is preferred
