Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant to the Director, based in Lahore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Personal Assistant will manage the Director's diary, handle executive administrative tasks, and provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, managing communications, and assisting with various administrative duties to ensure the Director's schedule runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in Diary Management and Administrative Assistance
- Proficient in Clerical Skills and general office management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
