JOB SUMMARY:

individual will play a key role in managing the company's supply chain operations to enhance overall business performance. The role involves coordination with suppliers, carriers, and marketplaces to ensure smooth processes, accurate reporting, and timely issue resolution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage daily procurement and logistics operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier dispatches and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and Amazon for shipment-related issues.
  • Handle and track customer returns with proper documentation.
  • Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations with invoices and sales data.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on supply chain performance and returns.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau (Preferred).

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2+ years in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience with Amazon Marketplace or e-commerce operations (Preferred).

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • BBA in Supply Chain Management preferred.

COMPENSATION:

  • Market-competitive salary and benefits.

JOB TYPE:

  • Full-time — Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 9 pm, with alternate working Saturdays
  • Candidates must be able to commute reliably to the office on a daily basis
  • Only Karachi-based candidates will be considered for interviews
