We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Fulfilment Lead to join our team. As a Fulfillment Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

Description

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Operations environment. Responsibilities

  • Organize and prioritize incoming customer orders for processing
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements, update order statuses, and maintain accurate records
  • Develop, implement, and manage operational processes and systems to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfilment processes and meet daily shipping deadlines
  • Conduct regular quality checks on picked items to ensure order accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in dispatching and inspecting outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and quality of products
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to address any issues or discrepancies in the fulfilment process
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety guidelines and best practices
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of the fulfilment operations

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in operational management
  • Proven experience as a Fulfilment Specialist or in a similar Operations role
  • Excellent leadership skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and related technology
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed
  • Location: Bahadurabad
