What You'll Do:

  • Grow your skills and build features end-to-end, getting exposure to all layers of tech stack
  • Contribute in the RnD team to develop, fine tune and deploy state of the art ML models for the domain of NLP
  • Data Processing and pipelines to generate Insights and recommendations
  • Contribute to many areas including design, product and support
  • Collaborate with top-notch people passionate about building great products

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in ML pipelines, feature engineering and data processing
  • 2+ years of experience developing in Python
  • 2+ years of experience deploying and productionizing ML applications
  • Experience in developing and deploying recommender systems
  • Proficient in machine/deep learning frameworks preferably PyTorch, Keras, HuggingFace
  • Experience in RAG, Multi-Agent Frameworks like CrewAI, LangGraph and RAG Evals.
  • Experience in Agent Communication Protocols like A2A, ACP and MCPs would be a plus.
  • Experience or good understanding of microservices based architecture is a plus
  • Ability to diagram, articulate, and document data science and engineering concepts
  • Experience with Cognitive Services from cloud providers preferably Azure
