Key Responsibilities:

1-Solution Design & Development:

  • Develop and implement AI/ML solutions to meet business needs and drive efficiency.
  • Build AI prototypes and production-grade applications.
  • Work on NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and deep learning projects

2-Model Training & Optimization:

  • Train machine learning models, ensuring accuracy and performance.
  • Optimize and fine-tune algorithms for improved results.
  • Experiment with new techniques and frameworks to advance AI capabilities.

3-Deployment & Maintenance:

  • Deploy AI models to production environments using scalable and robust architectures.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines are in place.
  • Monitor model performance and retrain as needed for continuous improvement.

4-Collaboration & Integration:

  • Work closely with product managers, software developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Integrate AI solutions into existing software and systems.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders.

5-Research & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on the latest AI trends, technologies, and tools.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI solutions to enhance capabilities.
  • Contribute to the company's AI roadmap and strategy.

Qualification and Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree will be plus.

  • Must Have:

  • Expert-level understanding of AI/ML in Urdu language Voice processing

  • Expert-level understanding of AI/ML in Image and Video processing

  • Expert-level understanding of AI Model development and training

  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

  • Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
  • Familiarity with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
