Role Description

  1. Develop & execute sales strategy for fertilizer products in South Punjab to meet sales volume & revenue targets.
  2. Manage and grow relationships with key dealers, distributors, large farmers, and agri‑stores.
  3. Lead & supervise a team of Territory / Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers; ensure they meet their KPIs.
  4. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer feedback; adapt strategy accordingly.
  5. Organize field visits, product trials / demos, farmer meetings to build awareness of product quality / usage.
  6. Forecast sales, prepare budgets, manage expenses, ensure profitability.
  7. Training of sales team on product specifications, usage best practices, new product launches.
  8. Ensure good customer service, after‑sales support.

Qualifications & Skills
:

  • BSc or MSc (Agriculture / Agronomy / Soil Science) preferred.
  • Minimum 4‑6 years in sales / business development role in fertilizer / agrochemical / related industries.
  • Strong network in South Punjab with dealers & farmers.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel routinely within assigned region.
  • Analytical skills — ability to interpret sales data, plan accordingly.
