About Jannat Farms:
Jannat Farms is a progressive dairy farming operation focused on the care and performance of Holstein Friesian and cross-breed cattle. We're committed to ethical livestock management, sustainable milk production, and veterinary excellence. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Veterinary Doctor to lead our on-site animal health and dairy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the health of Holstein Friesian and cross-breed dairy cattle and provide treatment as needed
Execute regular vaccination, deworming, and disease prevention schedules
Diagnose illnesses and injuries; administer proper treatment and follow-up care
Supervise the milking process and ensure hygiene protocols are followed
Manage and maintain accurate milk production records
Oversee animal birth cycles, including care during calving and postnatal monitoring
Assist with reproductive health and artificial insemination coordination
Maintain and update health logs, treatment records, and breeding history for each animal
Collaborate with farm staff on daily feeding, cleaning, and animal welfare practices
Monitor animal behavior and ensure overall comfort and productivity
Support inventory control of veterinary medicines and farm equipment
Required Qualifications:
DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) from a recognized institution
Minimum 2 year of experience in dairy farm animal health and operations
Willing to live full-time at the farm in Daftu, Kasur (residence & meals provided)
Strong knowledge of dairy cow health, breeding, nutrition, and farm operations
Skilled in reporting, data entry, and record keeping
Team player with effective communication and leadership abilities
