Job Description:

Max & Mallhi Architectural & Construction Company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect Draftsman to join our creative and fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise working drawings, interior layouts, and technical detailing for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings
  • Produce plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings
  • Coordinate with architects and site teams to ensure accurate plan implementation
  • Develop interior layouts and joinery details
  • Assist in design documentation and submission drawings
  • Maintain accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of drawings

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's in Architecture or relevant architectural drafting qualification
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in drafting and working drawings
  • Strong command over AutoCAD (mandatory)
  • Experience with SketchUp and other design tools will be a plus
  • Knowledge of construction detailing and interior drawings
  • Strong sense of technical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to understand architectural concepts and convert them to working drawings
