We are seeking a professional and experienced Female Secretary / Executive Assistant to support our management team in Lahore and to Assist with company registration processes in Pakistan and handle related documentation. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor to assist in daily office operations and high-level business meetings with local and international clients.
Location : Gulberg lahore
Timing : 9am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and business meetings.
Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) professionally.
Ensure smooth coordination during meetings with foreign investors and clients.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive business information.
Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations.
Assist with company registration processes in Pakistan and handle related documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration/Management or related field).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a secretary or executive assistant.
Prior experience in company registration and dealing with relevant regulatory authorities in Pakistan is required.
Strong command of English (spoken & written) is a must.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional, well-presented, and reliable.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Pay: Rs70, Rs100,000.00 per month
