Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and manage content across multiple social media platforms
  • Engage with audiences online, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a friendly brand voice
  • Identify, generate, and follow up on potential leads via social media and other channels
  • Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Support the team with day-to-day operational and creative tasks
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and suggest improvements
  • Adapt quickly to new assignments or unexpected challenges

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident, adaptable, and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in social media, marketing, or sales is a plus (but not a must)
