The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead country-level operations across telecom, tech, infrastructure, and other business lines

  • Build, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams for peak performance

  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners, clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, policies, and global business standards

  • Identify market trends and opportunities for innovation and expansion

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years leadership experience, including in telecom and multi-sector environments

  • Strong business acumen with a proven record of driving revenue & operational success

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities

  • Experience managing diverse teams and large-scale operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly preferred

  • Proven experience in managing P&L and complex business ecosystems

  • Familiarity with local market dynamics, regulations, and industry trends
