About the Youth Development Programme

The Youth Development Programme (YDP) at iConsult is designed to provide fresh graduates with a structured, hands-on introduction to the consulting profession.

This 3-month internship programme offers real project exposure, mentorship from senior consultants, and the opportunity to develop analytical, research, and client-facing skills.

Top-performing interns will be offered a full-time Associate position upon completion.

Position Overview:

As part of the YDP, you will work with consulting teams on assignments that involve research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and preparation of client deliverables across multiple sectors and service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, data analysis, and sector/industry reviews
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client-facing materials
• Support fieldwork, interviews, and project coordination tasks
• Participate in internal discussions, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving exercises
• Contribute to internal knowledge development and documentation

Required Qualifications

• ACCA/CA or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related fields
• Strong academic performance (CGPA 3.0+ preferred)

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Clear and effective communication (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive learning mindset
