We're on the lookout for a
super creative, meme-loving Graphic Designer
who's not afraid to break the mold, experiment with trends, and bring designs to life that spark conversations.

What you'll do

  • Conceptualize and design engaging content across digital platforms (social media, ads, email campaigns, landing pages, etc.)
  • Create scroll-stopping memes, graphics, and visuals that connect with diverse online communities
  • Translate brand stories into fresh, eye-catching designs with a strong emphasis on creativity and originality
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm new campaigns and visual identities
  • Stay ahead of design, internet, and pop culture trends to keep our work relevant and refreshing
  • Experiment with formats like GIFs, reels covers, infographics, and interactive design elements
  • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines while pushing the boundaries of creativity.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative, modern design work (bonus points if it includes memes or unconventional campaigns)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)
  • A natural storyteller with a sharp eye for typography, color, and layout
  • Someone who
    lives on the internet
    —you know the latest meme before it hits mainstream
  • Comfortable working independently while being an active collaborator in a team
  • Strong communication skills—you can explain the "why" behind your creative choices
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency or high-growth digital environment.
  • Bonus: Animation/motion design experience

  • Branding and Marketing skills
  • Graphic Design and Graphics skills
  • Social Media Marketing skills
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
